This picture is worth a thousand words - especially to those of us who have Vietnam veterans in the family. My husband, a former Marine, served in Vietnam. He was able to visit the memorial a few years ago.
Your picture and caption are powerful. I hope we all never forget to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice of those whose names line that wall - and to thank those who made it back home for their service and sacrifices.
I am an adventurous and slightly restless soul who can be found blazing trails in the forests that surround my home with my dog, Bozley. I dabble in outdoor photography, love cooking and hope to one day photograph and eat my way around the world. I have an awesome family and friends, and prefer the simple things in life, like homemade tortillas and a great red wine.
Stunning and thoughtful photo!

Thank you for this photo!
It is a very humbling place indeed Glenda and I am thankful for people like your husband who have sacrificed much to serve in the armed forces.
